Situated within the New Forest Nomansland is a village on the Hampshire and Wiltshire border. With direct access to the New Forest Dormer Cottage offers B&B for two people in a separate unit from the house (right hand side of picture above) providing a dining and lounge area, tea and coffee, TV and shower room on the ground floor, stairs lead up to the light and airy double bedroom with hand basin.  Very recently completed and beautifully decorated.  Just outside of the patio doors is a guest patio area.

Ponies, donkeys and livestock wander freely outside the gate, pictured here are two of our most regular visitors.  Dormer Cottage overlooks the ancient Bramshaw Wood.

Just a couple of minutes walk to the village green brings you to the Lamb Inn and Les Mirabelles (French Restaurant).

DIRECTIONS

From the M27 exit at Junction 1 and follow the signs for Brook/Bramshaw. Pass the Green Dragon pub and take the second left signposted `Fordingbridge`.  Proceed over one set of crossroads and turn right at the second.  Follow the road until you reach Nomansland Garage and Dormer Cottage is found a few yards further on the left hand side.  We look forward to welcoming you.
