New Forest B&B - Elsburn B&B is situated within Pennington.  Just a 10 minute drive takes you to the sea or 5 minutes to open New Forest and overlooks Pennington Common which is a Site of Scientific Interest, 150 species of flowers were counted here.  Superb for a morning or evening stroll.

Pennington, on the edge of Lymington, was for centuries a separate parish and manor. The house Yaldhurst, in fact, has a Domesday connection.

You can take boats trips around the Solent, even catch an Isle of Wight ferry for the day, there is so much to do and see.  Lymington has a superb Saturday market visited by people from miles away.

Elsburn at Pennington is a very welcoming and newly created B&B, therefore you feel as if you are the first visitors ever to step through the door. 

Just a 2 minute walk takes you into the Pennington Village centre where there are pubs serving excellent food and plenty of shops.

Our continental breakfasts are served within the guests dining room featuring a lovely brick fireplace. A marvellous choice from 5 different cereals (with a cereal topper of mixed dried fruit)  fresh fruit, tinned fruit of the day (one of the following grapefruit, pears, fruit salad, peaches or prunes) a selection of cheeses, fresh ham, warm croissants and toast with either marmalade or two sorts of jam.
