perfect peace in the detached cottage set on our farm in
the heart of the New Forest. Sleeps 2.
The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a lounge/dining room, separate en-suite bedroom with double or twin beds. Central heating, colour TV, galley kitchen, car parking, safe storage for bicycles.
The Old Stables is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty where oak and beech woods, rivers, lakes and plantations are intermixed with heathland and Forest “lawns”.
Fritham is a very small village in the middle of the north of the New Forest. The local pub, just ½ a mile away, is completely unspoiled, here you can buy good food in the middle of the day. More substantial meals will be found 5 minutes drive away at some excellent pubs and restaurants.
From Fritham you can explore the real Forest on foot, bicycle or horseback while all the attractions of the area are within easy reach. Salisbury, Winchester, Bournemouth and Portsmouth are just 30 minutes away by car.
