small village of Landford with easy access by car to the New Forest (2 mins), Salisbury (15 mins), Southampt
on (20 mins), Bournemouth beaches (40
mins) and the M27 (10 mins).
There are several excellent restaurants, an award winning country pub and golf course in and around the village. Nearby there are several fishing lakes including Broadlands at Romsey and the famous Paultons Park is only a 10 minute drive.
*There are stairs to the flat so unfortunately disabled access is limited.
There is a pleasant outlook over gardens, paddock and stables. The property is set well back from the lane and has ample parking.
Electricity is included, bedding and towels are provided (these do not include beach/swimming towels)
THE ACCOMMODATION
This superb flat with it's own entrance has been beautifully created and gives plenty of light and airy living space. It has everything! The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, cooker, fridge, washing machine and all the equipment you would need. The lounge area has a TV, comfortable lounge suite and double bed-settee. The master bedroom can be either twin or double bed and has space for a cot or further `Z` bed if needed. You are very welcome to use the patio area and front garden.

Directions: "Scenic Route" From the M27 at Junction 1 proceed through the villages of Brook and Bramshaw and enter Landford following the B3079. Drive through the village passing the bakery and shops, school and village hall and then finally turn right into Glebe Lane. The property is the first driveway on the left (on a bend in the road).
"Route most direct from M27" From the M27 take junction 2 and follow the A36 (Salisbury) for approx 5 miles. You will pass through Wellow and Plaitford and pass the Golden Acres Nursery, then after approx 200 yds Glebe Lane will be found on the left hand-side, follow through & Glengariff is the last drive-way on the right hand side before the B3079 junction.
"From Salisbury" follow the A36 and turn right into the B3079 then take the first left into Glebe Lane, proceed as above.
