Everton ~ between the coast and the New Forest

We are located in Everton, a peaceful village between the towns of New Milton and Lymington, ideally situated between the New Forest and the Sea.

You will be made to feel at home here in our comfortable rooms which are tastefully decorated, have superb showers and have Colour TV and beverage trays plus those little extra toiletries waiting for you in each room.

We are close to Milford-on-Sea with it’s spectacular views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight and the Needles, we are also close to the New Forest National Park for those who like walking or being close to nature.

We have 3 rooms available, comprising:

  • 2 x Family rooms (1 double bed & 1 single bed in each) One is en-suite and one has a private bath/shower room.

  • 1 x Twin or kingsize with en-suite.

    B & B RATES for 2009:

    * From £62.00 per room per night, based on two adults sharing

    * Single Occupancy £35 to £40 per person per night

    * Children's rates £10 (minimum age 3 years)

    * Full English Breakfast included

    * Refrigerator for guest's use is provided

    * Please note that we do not accept Credit cards
 

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 When a booking is made and accepted this forms a legal contract and the following Terms and Conditions apply:

DEPOSITS:  For all bookings made we require a deposit to cover the cost of your first night’s accommodation.  On receipt of your Cheque we send to you a letter of confirmation, a payment receipt and a location map.  Deposits paid will be retained in full in the event of a cancellation advised within 4 days of your arrival date.

ARRIVALS:  Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

CHILDREN:  We take children over 3 years of age. Children’s rates are available on request.

 

DOGS:  Dogs are welcome, rates are available on request. Please note that dogs are not to be left in your room unattended at any time, and we request that they are put in your vehicle at Breakfast time.

DAMAGE:  You are responsible for any breakages or damages caused by any member of your party including pets. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement costs.

SMOKING:  We operate a no smoking policy throughout the building, and we ask our guests to respect this policy.

PARKING: There is off-road parking for guests cars and we can provide secure storage for bicycles.

DEPARTURE: Rooms to be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.  Please note in the event of early departure, ie, you as paying guests do not complete the full contracted stay, then payment becomes due on departure for the full stay period.  The only exception to this will be if we were not able to fulfil our part of the contract in providing the agreed accommodation.

PAYMENTS:  Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards as a means to pay for accommodation. We only accept payments made by Cheque supported by Bank Guarantee card, or Cash.
 

In May 2007 we at 1 Honeysuckle Gardens became the first B & B in the New Forest area to receive a Green Tourism Business Scheme Award (Silver) and as such are proud and very committed to good environmental practise and sustainable development.  We meet the legal requirements related to environmental protection and waste disposal, and aim to minimise our impact and maximise the positive aspects that we have on the environment.

 We demonstrate our commitment by such practises as extensive recycling, and re-use to avoid waste, promotion of local breakfast ingredients, use of eco-friendly cleaning products, and many other energy-saving measures, yet without compromise to our B & B Guests, who are encouraged to support us in our aims.
 

HOW TO FIND US

We are easy to find. From Lymington take the A337 towards Christchurch and New Milton. Once in Everton take the second right turn to the village, this is Everton Road.  Honeysuckle Gardens is the third turning left in Everton Road, approx. 500 metres from the A337.  If coming from the Christchurch direction along the A337 look for Everton Nurseries on the left as you enter Everton Village, Everton Road is next left approx. 300 metres past the nursery entrance.
