A very warm welcome awaits you at Tom and Marilyn Finlay's impressive family home situated in the premier location of Brockenhurst in the New Forest.

Within easy walking distance of the village centre and main line station. There are a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs in the village along with cycle hire and horse riding facilities.

This lovely patio area which is ideal to relax in with a  coffee in the morning or glass of wine at the end of the day.


Guided walks can be arranged - it is advisable to pre book cycles and horse riding particularly at peak times.
Direct access onto the New Forest
On the ground floor is a smart shower room and rather uniquely our guests have the use of their own fully equipped kitchen where they can have their breakfast in total seclusion. Breakfast is provided on a DIY basis where you will be supplied with everything you need for a continental breakfast.

The brand new suite comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and a shower room.

The large bedroom with a king sized bed is on the first floor and has easy chairs, satellite television, clock radio, hair dryer and dressing table.

Secure private parking is available with the added security of electric gates. Sorry there are no facilities to take children or pets and Rothbury is a non smoking establishment. We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

 

Directions on how to find this idyllic retreat: From the M27 leave at exit 1 sign posted Cadnam and The New Forest. Follow A337 to Lyndhurst and continue along this road until you reach Brockenhurst. Opposite Carey’s Manor Hotel, which you will see on the left, bear right into Grigg Lane. At the off set junction turn right into Brookley Road and you will pass by the village shops. Turn left into Rhinefield Road and Armstrong Road will be found a short distance on the right. Rothbury is located a little way down on the left hand side of the road. Please ring at the gate and we will arrange to open them for you.
